Community Employment Services

Purpose:
To prepare adults with developmental disabilities for competitive employment, job retention and other advancements.

Goal:
To provide training and on-going support services on and off the job to ensure job retention utilizing individual and group work in an integrated work setting.
Organizational Employment Services

Purpose:
To prepare adults with developmental disabilities for competitive employment or referral to vocational rehabilitation.

Goal:
To provide long-term vocational training, work adjustment, rehabilitation instruction, and remunerative employment experiences to adults with developmental disabilities who use our full-time habilitation services.
Community Services: Personal & Social

Purpose:
To prepare adults with developmental disabilities for Day Training Activity programming.

Goal:
To provide long-term development services and adult education services to adults with developmental disabilities who use our full-time programming to ensure the development and maintenance of functional skills required for self-advocacy, community integration, employment and self-care.
